Investment Clubs are regulated by the São Paulo Stock Exchange - BOVESPA. They offer all the benefits of Investment Funds, without the high costs associated therewith. Due to lower management costs, Club Members enjoy greater returns. Only individuals may invest in Investment Clubs.

Management and custody of our Clubs are performed by Banco Itaú S.A. Banco Itaú is responsible for all of legal registrations and documents and for ensuring that the Club is properly maintained. As manager, Banco Itaú is further responsible for keeping Club members abreast of the returns obtained from investments and other transactions carried out by the Club.
